On Saturday, Mike Harmon Racing announced that Bayley Currey will return to the No. 74 Chevrolet Camaro in the Xfinity Series in 2021 with Belmont Classic Cars, Fort Worth Screen Printing, Date Mining, and Jenmar Steel sponsoring him.

The 24-year-old out of Driftwood, TX, started in 26 races in Xfinity Series last season, with his highest finish being twelfth at Texas. He’s made 50 career starts in the Xfinity Series. Mike Harmon Racing released a statement on the return of Currey said, “We are extremely excited to have Bayley Currey drive for our team, for the full 2021 season. Bayley is a talented driver, and an integral part of our team. Bayley has all the qualities you want in a driver: integrity, desire, passion, and determination. We’re excited for the 2021 season!”
Before Currey moved up to the Xfinity Series, he competed in the Camping World Truck Series part-time for several teams, including Beaver Motorsports, Copp Motorsports. Vizion Motorsports, and Niece Motorsports. He has two top-ten finishes in 25 career starts.
Currey’s statement on returning to Mike Harmon Racing said, “I am extremely excited to run full time with Mike Harmon Racing. I feel that we continued to build our program all year in 2020, and I see us only getting better next year. Bring on 2021!”
The 2021 NASCAR Xfinity Series starts Saturday, February 13th, from Daytona International Raceway.
