John Hunter Nemechek will lead the field to green for this Saturday’s Wise Power 200 at Kansas Speedway. Nemechek is looking for this third win of the season and fifth for KBM this year. Nemechek won the pole by a metric qualifying system. The metric qualifying system determines a driver’s finishing position from the previous race, car owner’s finishing position from the previous race, team owner points rankings, and fastest lap from the previous race.
His boss, Kyle Busch, qualified second. He will be making his fourth start of the season and has one win this year at Atlanta. The race will live this Saturday, May 1st, at 7:30 pm on FS1.
