At Monday’s NHL Trade Deadline, the Philadelphia Flyers made three trades while saying goodbye to T.J. Brennan and Kyle Criscuolo. Here is the breakdown of the trades.
Flyers acquire Nate Thompson from the Montreal Canadians
The first trade the Flyers announced was the acquisition of center Nate Thompson from the Montreal Canadians in exchange for a 5th round pick in the 2021 NHL Draft.

Thompson has played sixty-three games this year, tallying four goals and ten assists. The 35-year-old was a sixth-round pick in the 2003 NHL Draft by the Boston Bruins.
Flyers acquire Derek Grant from the Anaheim Ducks
The second trade the Flyers made was acquiring center Derek Grant from the Anaheim Ducks for a fourth-round pick in the 2020 NHL Draft and forward Kyle Criscuolo.

This season, Grant has played forty-nine games with fourteen goals and six assists. The 29-year-old from Abbotsford was a fourth-round pick in the 2008 NHL Draft by the Ottawa Senators.
Kyle Criscuolo finishes with the Phantoms playing forty games with eight goals and sixteen assists. The Southampton, NJ native, will now play for the Ducks AHL club, the San Diego Gulls.
Flyers acquire Nathan Noel from the Chicago Blackhawks
The last trade the Flyers announced was acquiring forward Nathan Noel from the Chicago Blackhawks for defenseman T.J. Brennan. Noel will head to the Reading Royals.

This season, Noel started with the Blackhawks AHL club Rockford Ice Hogs playing eight games and was sent to their ECHL club Indy Fuel where he has played thirty-nine games tallying six goals and eleven assists. The 21-year-old from St. John’s was a 2016 fourth-round pick.
T.J. Brennan finishes his Phantoms career playing twenty-eight games with one goal and eight assists. The Moorestown, NJ native was a second-round pick in the 2007 NHL Draft by the Buffalo Sabres. Brennan will play for the Blackhawks AHL Club Rockford Ice Hogs.
Flyers send Connor Bunnaman and Joel Farabee to Phantoms
After the trade deadline passed, the Flyers announced that both forwards Connor Bunnaman and Joel Farabee would be returning to the Phantoms.

Connor Bunnaman has played twenty-four games with the Phantoms with four goals and one assist while Farabee played the first four games of the season with the Phantoms tallying three goals and one assist before being called up to the Flyers.
