The Spring League releases 2021 schedule

On Wednesday, The Spring League released the upcoming 2021 schedule for its eight teams and will air games on FOX, FS1, and FS2. The league recently competed in a six-week 2020 schedule that was cut short due to COVID-19. The Spring League managed to finish the 2020 season with the Generals winning the championship in Orlando, FL, against the Aviators.

Leading to the schedule release, the TSL announced that they would play in two cities. The new North Division features the Conquerors, Aviators, Alphas, and a new team called the Lineman. They will play their games at Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the Indianapolis Colts. The South Division will feature the Generals, Jousters, Blues, and a new team called the Sea Lions. They will play their games at Rice Stadium, home of the Rice Owls in Houston, TX.

The six-week season kicks off on Thursday, May 6th, when the Alphas play the Aviators at 7 pm on FS1, and the Conquerors clash with the Lineman at 10 pm on FS1. On Friday, May 7th, the Sea Lions make their debut against the Blues, and Week 1 wraps up on Saturday, May 8th, when the defending TSL champion Generals play the Jousters.
