Two more Phantoms games postponed due to COVID-19

On Wednesday, the American Hockey League announced that the April 16th game against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins and the April 18th game against the Hershey Bears have been postponed due to COVID-19 protocols affecting the Phantoms. Both makeup dates have yet to be determined.


The American Hockey League has announced that two upcoming games have been postponed due to league COVID-19 protocols: Friday, April 16 – Lehigh Valley at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Sunday, April 18 – Hershey at Lehigh Valley Make-up dates for both games are yet to be determined. — LehighValleyPhantoms (@LVPhantoms) April 14, 2021

This will be the fifth straight game the Phantoms will not play since their last game back on April 5th, in a 2-1 shootout loss to the Binghamton Devils. Meanwhile, the Penguins will now host the Devils on April 16th.

As of now, the Phantoms next game will be on Wednesday, April 21st, against the Hershey Bears from the PPL Center at 7:05 pm on AHL.tv.
