John Hunter Nemechek will start on the pole for this Saturday’s race at Atlanta Motor Speedway. He won the pole by a metric qualifying system. This determines a driver’s finishing position from the previous race, car owner’s finishing position from the previous race, team owner points rankings, and fastest lap from the previous race.
His teammate and boss, Kyle Busch, will start second. Nemechek is looking to win his second straight race after winning at Las Vegas a couple of weeks ago. Toyota will have six trucks starting in the first six positions. After Busch comes Matt Crafton, Stewart Friesen, Ben Rhodes, and Austin Hill. The race will air live this Saturday, March 20th, at 2:30 pm on FS1.
