John Hunter Nemechek wins the pole Sunday’s Pinty’s Truck Race on Dirt at Bristol

On Saturday, the Camping World Truck Series were attempting to qualify with heat races to set the field for the Pinty’s Truck Race on Dirt at Bristol Motor Speedway. Unfortunately, the races were canceled due to rain, and the field was set by a metric qualifying system.

As a result, John Hunter Nemechek won the pole for the race. The metric qualifying system determines a driver’s finishing position from the previous race, car owner’s finishing position from the previous race, team owner points rankings and fastest lap from the previous race. Starting next to Nemechek is Austin Hill, who qualified second. The race will air live Sunday, March 28th, at 9 pm on FS2.
