On Friday, the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour released the 2021 schedule featuring fourteen races starting Thursday, April 8th from Martinsville Speedway and concluding Sunday, September 26th from South Boston Speedway.
Riverhead Raceway has hosted the Modified Tour since 1985, but in 2020, it could not host due to the pandemic. The Series will visit the track three-times next season on May 15th, June 19th, and September 18th, along with Stafford Motor Speedway three-times on April 25th, August 6th, and September 26th.
The Modified Tour will debut two tracks next year at New York International Raceway on July 31st and twice at Oswego Speedway on June 12th and September 4th.
The Tour also includes a stop at Jennerstown Speedway on May 29th, New Hampshire Motor Speedway on July 17th. Beech Ridge Motor Speedway hosts its first Modified Tour race in sixteen years on August 21st and Richmond Raceway on September 10th.
While the schedule is set, things could change due to the pandemic heading into 2021. Here is the full 2021 schedule.
