During the caution, everyone went to pit road for four tires and fuel with Sheldon Creed and Brett Moffitt, the first two trucks off of pit road. Creed chose the inside lane with Moffitt outside to start stage two on lap 54. Six laps into stage two, Moffitt went low in turns three and four to challenge for the lead but was unsuccessful. Fifteen laps later, he used Danny Bohn, a lapped truck, to pass Creed for the lead. He led the last fifteen laps to win stage two.

Everyone went to pit road for four tires during the caution with Moffitt and Zane Smith, the first two trucks off of pit road. Moffitt chose the inside lane with Smith outside to start the final stage on lap 99. Creed got by Smith for second on the same lap and was chasing Moffitt. He tried several times to pass Moffitt but was unsuccessful. Carson Hocevar cut a right rear tire and spun at turn two to bring out the race’s third caution. No one went to pit road during the caution. Moffitt chose the inside lane with Creed outside for the restart on lap 113.
Grant Enfinger, who restarted 12th, fought his way back up the field and passed Creed for second on lap 139. Moffitt had a comfortable lead and was on his way to winning the race. Dawson Cram attempted to move to the outside lane with three laps to go, but Tanner Gray was already there. He hit the wall at turn three to bring out the fourth caution and sent the race into overtime.

Brett Moffitt and Grant Enfinger stayed out while some of the trucks went to pit road for four tires. Creed came to pit road for tires and an adjustment. He was the first one off of pit road and restarted eighth. Moffitt chose the inside lane with Enfinger outside to start overtime. Chaos erupted right away, with trucks going five-wide. Creed took advantage of the turmoil and powered to the lead. Moffitt fell back to tenth. Creed built himself a comfortable lead in the last lap to win the race by .617 seconds over Zane Smith and win his first Truck Series championship.
