Valeo FC join National Premier Soccer League

The National Premier Soccer League announced today that Valeo FC, located in Newton, MA has the league for the 2020 season and will compete in the Northeast Region’s North Atlantic Conference.

“Valeo FC is a tremendous addition to our Northeast Region,” NPSL Managing Director Cindy Spera said. “We’re delighted to see the NPSL continue to grow in the Boston area and Massachusetts as a whole.”

Valeo FC was founded in 2008 and are led by Founder and Owner Emelio Williams and Director of Soccer Operations Corlton Simmond.

“We are expecting to compete in a professionally-run league that our players and fans will be excited to be a part of,” Simmond said. “Our organization will bring a high level of professionalism and good sportsmanship to both the conference and league.”

Valeo FC are now the fourth expansion team to join the NPSL for the 2020 season. Valeo FC play their home games at the Valeo FC Sports Complex in Newton, MA.

“We are very excited to bring Valeo FC on board to the NPSL,” NPSL Director of Membership Development Dina Case concluded. “This group brings previous NPSL experience to the table with a good understanding of the NPSL model and culture. We expect Valeo to be a strong business partner adding additional stability to the Northeast Region.”
