Denny Hamlin wins the pole for this Sunday’s Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500

Denny Hamlin will lead the field to green after winning the pole for this Sunday’s race at Atlanta Motor Speedway. He won the pole by a metric qualifying system. This determines a driver’s finishing position from the previous race, car owner’s finishing position from the previous race, team owner points rankings, and fastest lap from the previous race.

Next to him is his teammate Martin Truex Jr., who won last week’s race at Phoenix Raceway. The race will air live this Sunday, March 21st, at 3 pm on FOX.
