Kevin Harvick wins pole for Sunday’s Autotrader EchoPark Automotive 500

After finishing in second place last week at Kansas Speedway, Kevin Harvick won the pole for Sunday’s Autotrader EchoPark Automotive 500 at Texas Motor Speedway for his sixth pole of the season. He won the pole by virtue of a metric qualifying system that takes into account the drivers finishing positions from previous races, team owner points, and fastest laps of earlier races. The driver he finished behind last week, Joey Logano, will start second. The race will air live on Sunday, October 25th, as part of the NASCAR doubleheader day at Texas at 3:30 pm on NBCSN.
